AKC Jet Black German Shepherds

During January 2016 we bought an "AKC" female German Shepherd for 1,500 dollars. We bought the puppy, the rights to have her AKC papers, first round of vaccinations, and her dew claws removed. After purchasing her and bringing her home, we contacted the original owners for her vet records and an update on when to fill out paper work/ if there was AKC paperwork. After 6 weeks of avoiding us, realizing that she still had dew claws, and having her throw up giant worms, we realized she hadn’t had her shots, surgery, and suspected there was not AKC paperwork. We continually called and left messages, but they never return any calls.
