Alexey Pavlenko and Peter Tatarnikov are SCAMMERS!

The “Financial Commission” is a phony regulatory entity owned by two United States citizens Alexey Pavlenko and Peter Tatarnikov who are not government officials to authorize any regulatory oversight over any forex of binary options broker. They are deceiving traders into doing business with fraudulent, unregulated brokers such as binomo, optionfield, and olymptrade and finrally that are based out of tax havens with insufficient laws to protect investors.

Only do business with financial brokerages that have regulatory oversight by the ASIC (Australia), CySEC (Cyprus), ESMA (Europe), FCA (United Kingdom), CFTC (United States) and OSC (Canada). Do not be fooled by an private entity that masquerades as a governmental agency.
