I’ve been buying from this company for over 10 years. I placed my recent order with "Bill" over the phone. 1 month after taking my money – still no soap. Then I got an update with a tracking code. They shipped it to a different State (wrong address) and refuse to acknowledge my e-mails. Customer Service has gone down the toilet. Looks like I will need to contact my Bank to reverse the charge on this one. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED !UPDATE: Bill has since told me to go ahead and file a case in small claims court. I will be filing for the FULL product charge plus $1200 in travel costs to/from Denver to get the job done.
