Archon Shield/Gofro

I initially purchased some tech support when I thought that my computer had been hacked. I followed an Apple phone number to these guys touting Archon Shield as providing Basic Firewall and Total Security. I paid $714.99 for the protection. I was contacted recently by these people who said that there had been some questions from other customers and that they needed to check my current system. They said that apparently a virus/hack had entered my computer and needed to be expunged. Another $515.00, this time to Archon Shield, but through an outfit called Gofro, which I’ve recently learned is a travel service? I’m thinking that I’ve been scammed. All I have had are phone contacts.

Not really. In spite of the review published here, there has been no response from Archon Shield/Gofro. Lack of accountability is a major factor in determining trust.
Because unlike PropertyFraud.com, other websites get paid to remove negative reviews and replace them with fake positive ones.
Archon Shield/Gofro is rated 1 out of 5 based on the reviews submitted by our users and is marked as POOR.
Never trust websites which offer a shady ‘advocacy package’ to businesses. Search for relevant reviews on Ripoff Report and Pissed Consumer to see more unbiased reviews.
