ScamPulse.com STAFF ARA man claiming to be Bob Johnson called and is saying that he was the winner of a $200,000 veterans grant, but they wanted $2,000 advance fee in order to obtain it. When consumer notified caller that he knew it was a scam, and to cancel the so called "grant", Bob had already said it was too late, the grant was en route. Last night, James Allen texted consumer about the same grant , saying he had a delivery. Consumer told him not to deliver it and told him that he was going to call the police.
