Bobby Cain

"Bobby Cain" has been calling. The first time I spoke with this guy was 2 months ago. He called family members and told them that he had a warrant for my arrest. Then he called me claiming to be an investigator. I called the police dept that he claimed to be with and was told that no such person existed and that my record was clean. 2 months later "Bobby Cain" has called over 200 times in the past week, using multiple numbers to reach me. He says that he is with a firm and that he has an order to serve to me. Tries to have me call a 1800 number to work out the details. I had to download a spam call blocker to keep from the calls coming through. It’s harassment. The guy threatened me via the phone when I did answer, and leaves messages telling me that he is coming to my residence and to have two forms of identification ready. Wish there was something to do to catch these people.
