On April 2 I put a deposit on a dashhound puppy. The delivery date was to be may 24. A week prior I tried to contact seller by e mail, text and by phone, no answer. I realized I was scammed. The bank notified me that there was nothing they could do. I also notified Zelle and they said the same thing. The online classified was through Hoobly and I have e mailed them also.
