"This is Chris with DP&L disconnection service. We have sent three notices and still your account is unpaid…" I told him, "No that’s not true." and hung up. He called back. I hung up on him again. He called back, again, and said "Ma’am, this is very important. Our records show that no payment has been received. A technician is on their way to disconnect and this needs to be taken care of before they arrive." I’m holding the most recent bill from DP&L and there is no past due balance. I told him that, and that all checks have cleared and not to call me again, and hung up on him. He did not call back. He was very persistent! Caller ID showed "937-331-3900".
