Circle7Land

I received a letter asking to purchase some land that I jointly own with ****** ********* in Colorado. The person ***** ****** wanted me to sign a purchase agreement and then mail it back to him. I searched the BBB website for **** *****, Circle7Land company and did not find any information available. I then searched the address and it is a post office box. But the letter clearly identifies the address as a business address and not a post office box. I did not sign and return the letter of purchase but wanted to make you aware of this individual and his scam.Thank you so much for your assistance.

Yes it is. Based on the user review published on PropertyFraud.com, it is strongly advised to avoid Circle7Land in any dealing and transaction.
Not really. In spite of the review published here, there has been no response from Circle7Land. Lack of accountability is a major factor in determining trust.
Because unlike PropertyFraud.com, other websites get paid to remove negative reviews and replace them with fake positive ones.
Circle7Land is rated 1 out of 5 based on the reviews submitted by our users and is marked as POOR.
Never trust websites which offer a shady ‘advocacy package’ to businesses. Search for relevant reviews on Ripoff Report and Pissed Consumer to see more unbiased reviews.
