City Investment SA

Received a letter faxed from a "Martin Sipho," claiming to be a financial consultant working in SA. Letter is attached, and discusses getting in contact to transfer some $35 million dollars to the US so that this consultant can invest it on behalf of a South African bank, claiming the money was left to the bank by the "Late President of Guinea." See the attached for all the information.

Yes it is. Based on the user review published on PropertyFraud.com, it is strongly advised to avoid City Investment SA in any dealing and transaction.
Not really. In spite of the review published here, there has been no response from City Investment SA. Lack of accountability is a major factor in determining trust.
Because unlike PropertyFraud.com, other websites get paid to remove negative reviews and replace them with fake positive ones.
City Investment SA is rated 1 out of 5 based on the reviews submitted by our users and is marked as POOR.
Never trust websites which offer a shady ‘advocacy package’ to businesses. Search for relevant reviews on Ripoff Report and Pissed Consumer to see more unbiased reviews.
