claim to be the police department but it’s in Mandarin

Before, I received a lot of calls claiming to be the Chinese Embassy warning me about a package that they kept for my sack. Like 3 times a week. Today, I got this one, claiming that they are police department (said something about 911) and warned me about trouble if I don’t talk to them. The whole recording was in Mandarin. Stop these people!
