Cobalt Bank Imposter

This person called and addressed me by my last name and claimed to be with Cobalt Bank. He said that he knows my neighbor (and named the street) are selling their house and he wanted to know if there’s anything they could help me with. I asked, what kind of help. He replied, selling or buying, even painting, etc. I said I wasn’t interested and hung up.I don’t know any Cobalt bank and I’m not sure why this person would have my name, phone number and potentially my home address (or he at least knows the neighborhood I live in). It was unsolicited and he didn’t push for anything so my assumption is he was trying to verify the information he had for some reason.
