Cool Cleanse

Colo cleanse pro and all their products are a huge scam. I found their Beard Czar product and was very interested in it so I figured I’d try it out. The ad said you pay 4.95 for shipping for the "free trial" but nowhere did it mention that after 14 days from signing up, it charged you 88.99 and 89.99 for either bottle. I called the company regarding this issue and they were hard enough to go to cancel the future orders, but then all three ladies I spoke with REFUSED to refund the charges and when I asked to speak with their supervisor or someone above them and they hung up on me.Now I acknowledge that there’s a chance this information MIGHT have been in the terms and conditions or fine print, but to have nothing mentioned where it can be seen, not having a dialog box where you click and acknowledge this stipulation, and gen refusing to refund a confused persons deceitfully taken money is just wrong and is a deceptive business practice by definition. This company is garbage, their products aren’t worth it even if they do work because of their piss poor customer service. I’ve never seen a company that uses such deceptive and scummy business practices and then when caught will make themselves look guilty by just hanging up and being uncooperative. I plan on spreading their worthless reputation everywhere I can.
