Couldn’t understand

Of course I couldn’t understand his name or company – said my anti-virus protection was running out and I needed to pay $293 to renew it. I said I didn’t have an account with them. He hung up on me. I called him back. I said I didn’t understand what company you were with. He said did I want to renew it or cancel it. I said who’s account is this under my name or my husbands name. He said your name ma’am. I said what’s my name. He hung up on me. I called him back and told him I was reporting him to FCC and I hung up on him.
