Deceptive Sales Practices

Advertise $199 down. Yeah right. $500. Ok dealt with that. They pulled up a 2007 Nissan Maxima SL loaded with everything. The only positive is my dates I get paid change. They were real quick to work with me on that to be sure they got their money. Drove it. Seemed to be fine. Oh it has a warranty so don’t worry. Yeah right. Very very limited warranty. 1st trip we took no A/C and oil leak on the driveway. New A/C condenser/Oil Cooler and Oil something else, $100 deductible to me. Winter hits and cold it is a bucking bronco, took it in. They said nothing found… fine kept driving it.

Few months later on the highway rpm’s was at 4000. Took it in and lo and behold transmission out… Oh wait for them to look at the car and decide it is at least 2 days to get a loaner. According to the salesman you got a loaner as soon as it goes in… wrong answer. New transmission and it vibrates really bad a month later. Turns out the used Axle they put in went bad (yes used LKQ does daily deliveries to them) another deception they don’t bother to tell you about.

I’m just trying and hoping it last long enough to pay it off and go somewhere else to trade it in. Now the outer tie rod link is going out. One more thing to fix they don’t cover under their very very limited warranty. DVD player has never worked. Service Manager just said last time I took it in I had put over 9000 miles on it. Oh really? The previous vehicle I had put over 70000 miles on it and never did anything but the usual change oil and filters. The thing is a piece of junk and a money pit and hope I can get through 2 more years with it. Whoopee.

Update 11/14/2017:they never responded
