The offer is described as a free trial of face and eye cream, you pay online the shipping costs ($5.95). Two weeks later my credit card was charged for $179.95. When I discovered the scam, I called their support number. They advised me the free trial PERIOD (their offer said nothing of a free trial period, it just said free trial) had expired, and since I had not returned the product, I was charged the full price and it was non-refundable. I asked to speak to a manager or supervisor, and I was advised that it was not their job to speak to customers. I asked for my money back several times and was refused.

Yes it is. Based on the user review published on, it is strongly advised to avoid Dermathea in any dealing and transaction.
Not really. In spite of the review published here, there has been no response from Dermathea. Lack of accountability is a major factor in determining trust.
Because unlike, other websites get paid to remove negative reviews and replace them with fake positive ones.
Dermathea is rated 1 out of 5 based on the reviews submitted by our users and is marked as POOR.
Never trust websites which offer a shady ‘advocacy package’ to businesses. Search for relevant reviews on Ripoff Report and Pissed Consumer to see more unbiased reviews.
