Direct Ferries

I purchased a ticket from on September 10th for $51 to receive a boarding pass for Golden Star Ferries to transfer from the island of Santorini, Greece to Crete, Greece. The ticket was for October 27th, 2018 at 6:15pm but when I arrived to the port I was informed that this ferry does not exist and that it is actually a common scam.

Yes it is. Based on the user review published on, it is strongly advised to avoid Direct Ferries in any dealing and transaction.
Not really. In spite of the review published here, there has been no response from Direct Ferries. Lack of accountability is a major factor in determining trust.
