Donaross Beagles

I was searching for beagle puppies, when I ran across Donaross Beagles. They are based in NC. They asked for payment upfront including: payment for puppy and shipping payment. The total was $740. It seemed like a good price. I let that cloud my judgement. Once I paid them the money we agreed on a delivery date. The morning of the delivery, I was contacted to request further money for them to use Alpha Line Deliveries. Donaross Beagles said that there was unexpectedly poor weather conditions and the puppy required a better shipping container. Alpha Line Deliveries requested $1150 upfront for delivery. They said that $50 was for renting a special crate and the $1100 would be refunded to me. These "businesses" do not accept anything except Zelle.Fortunately, I did not pay any additional money for spending, but I did lose my money on the puppy. I have learned my lesson
