Dream VR Lab

I recieved an email asking me to take a survey about Amazon. After taking the survey I was offered to pick one of the listed prizes. I chose a Virtual Reality Headset. At that time it said I would need to pay the shipping and handling of $6.95. I paid this and waited for the item to arive. I was just charged $59.95. I called the number associated with the charge and was told that I ordered a 15 day trial of a virtual reality headset and failed to return the item within 15 days, so I was charged the $59.95. I lnformed them that I never recieved the item and it was suposed to be a free gift for taking the survey. I then told them I wanted a refund, they refused to give me a refund because I had not returned the item. The charge on my credit card came through as CFRLabs. When I called they used the name Dream VR Labs. I called Amazon and was told they do not use any other company to do there surveys.

Not really. In spite of the review published here, there has been no response from Dream VR Lab. Lack of accountability is a major factor in determining trust.
Because unlike PropertyFraud.com, other websites get paid to remove negative reviews and replace them with fake positive ones.
