Elmwood Convince Store LLC Advocate Spoof

Unfortunately, my husband filed through the internet for a job posting as a Professional Assistance/ Driver. He than didn’t wanted the position and I asked him to foward the email to me. So he did.I replied to the job offer believing that it was legitimate of course. Than the nightmare strated.Mr Kevin Brady whom is the person that hired the personal for the supposedly advocate health consulting send me an email with details about the position. So I thought it was very interesting and also to earned some extra cash the job wasn’t bad at all.Mr Brady, than sent me an email explaining the job duties. Which was working 2 hours per days, fourth days per week at $200 per day and $200 for gass. Total weekly income supposedly was $1,000 per week. Duration of jos was four weeks/a month. On the email Mr Brady was also requesting my personal information such as: Driver License, Home Address, Cell number, Place of Work, Years at work., work phone number and yearly income. One think that I notice and I started to be suspicious, was that Me Brady never asked me my SSN. However, one day my husband started to receive the same emails job offer that Mr Brady had sent it to me. So My husband than told me not to sent anymore information to Mr Brady because at that time it appears to be a scamp. Then of course I decided to confront Mr. Brady due to the both, my husband and I receiving the same emails about the job. Well I sent Mr Brady an email asking him to proof the truefullness of his company. So Mr Brady (smart guy) lol. He respond back with the excuse that the reason why my husband was receiving the same emails was because the primary email was sent to my husband and by him forwarding the email to me some how my husband email accout got attached to my email account. Very good explanation right? Well I felt again for the job offer. LolJust a week after the email issue, Mr Brady sent me a explanatory email with the instructions for me to follow-up at the arraivel of the check. This instructions were for to deposit the check. As soon as the deposit was done I suppose to take a picture of the deposit receipt and send it via email or text to Mr Brady.Well I just received the check yesterday 01/17/19 via UPS for the amount of $5,899.90.As soon as I received the check I contact Mr Brady via email and I also called him and I left a voice massage letting him know that I just receivedthe check and that I was going to do deposit the following day. Which is today 1/18/19.I went to the bank Im banking with and seat with one of the tellers. When the teller saw the check she started asking me questions about what type job I was working at and with whom. Than she also starded to point out little thing from the check to me. For me to realize that the check was fake an that the job was nothing more than a scamp. She also advice not to deposit the check on any of my accout nor to open a new accout either. Due to fraudulent issues concerning the check since that could it affect my own personal accout and my business relationship with the bank. The teller took a copy of the check to start an investigation about the scamp.I decided to keep the original check as proof of the scamp.I am very concerned about this scamp, which has never happened to me before. This guy Kevin Brady or which ever his name, he has all me personal information and he can used it for anything. Please any assistance with this matter with be truly appreciate. Thank you
