Elvin Alexis Santiago of Marietta Ga, also carrying an address of Tonganoxie Kansas, & Miami Florida. States that he is thee private lender though lender 1 Financial but is a broker who uses Bait & Switch, Theft By Deception, & wire fraud practices promising that the initial fee of $2,250.00 is for the entire loan process with NO OTHER FEES ATTACHED. Then sends a contract to you stating that the loan is guaranteed & accepted then states that you will need an additional fee for the attorney of 5,000 plus dollars to complete the transaction in order to receive the loan. After not agreeing to go forward with the process Santiago agrees to pay back the initial fees sent to him back to you complete in full after a few days of disagreeing with the additional deal that was offered by him, which he stated in a phone conversation that he messed up & will send the money back in a week but after waiting 2 weeks he states he no longer cares what you say or think & now refuses to return the money as stated. I have all the documents supporting this in emails & some texts [ also texts that I sent to emails] Where is the Honor & Integrity in business & for that matter being honest & NOT misleading
