Eugene Frolov

Our congregation members started to receive letters at the end of October 2017 from a Eugene Frolov in Omaha, NE. In it he asks them to give a donation online through PayPal or to return the cash gift in the self-addressed stamped envelope that is enclosed. Our church logo and mission statement were used on the envelopes and the letter inside, but it did not come from our congregation, our district, or our conference. We currently have 23 of the letters and have notified our members and our conference of this scam. We have also filed a police report and a mail fraud report with the US Postal Service.

Yes it is. Based on the user review published on PropertyFraud.com, it is strongly advised to avoid Eugene Frolov in any dealing and transaction.
Not really. In spite of the review published here, there has been no response from Eugene Frolov. Lack of accountability is a major factor in determining trust.
Because unlike PropertyFraud.com, other websites get paid to remove negative reviews and replace them with fake positive ones.
Eugene Frolov is rated 1 out of 5 based on the reviews submitted by our users and is marked as POOR.
Never trust websites which offer a shady ‘advocacy package’ to businesses. Search for relevant reviews on Ripoff Report and Pissed Consumer to see more unbiased reviews.
