Evelina skin care

Clicked on ad on FB that said FREE sample cosmetics from Macys store closing Blowout (pay shipping only). Was sent Evelina sample products of cream and serum (1oz each) shipped in 1 package but was charged 2 different shipping fees approx $5 each. Then I see TWO charges on my account ($95.41 and $98.41) on 4/9/17. Called 800# from bnk stmt and was told they could cxl but when asked for credit/refund my acct was told NO! Called 7 times and kept getting sales pitches and was never connected to mgr when asked. Was hung up on by every person after i continued to ask for complete refund. I NEVER SIGNED UP FOR A FREE TRIAL. I was under impression I was getting FREE samples for cost of shipping only ( and then I was charged two shipping fees). When I told them I was going to report them to BBB, only then did they offer 50% off. I immediately told them to credit my cc and stop shipment of product because I DID NOT ORDER IT nor did I sign up for a free trial of ANYTHING!Ironically every customer service rep gave same pitch and eventually hung up on me while saying how sorry they were they could not help me…click! If they were a legitimate company they would credit my account for the two charges I DID NOT APPROVE.Picture is of Free samples I ordered and received. I have yet to receive product I was charged for today.

Yes it is. Based on the user review published on PropertyFraud.com, it is strongly advised to avoid Evelina skin care in any dealing and transaction.
Not really. In spite of the review published here, there has been no response from Evelina skin care. Lack of accountability is a major factor in determining trust.
Because unlike PropertyFraud.com, other websites get paid to remove negative reviews and replace them with fake positive ones.
Evelina skin care is rated 1 out of 5 based on the reviews submitted by our users and is marked as POOR.
Never trust websites which offer a shady ‘advocacy package’ to businesses. Search for relevant reviews on Ripoff Report and Pissed Consumer to see more unbiased reviews.
