I ordered attachmanents for a mixer. I paid for it using my visa through pay pal. My card was charged the day I placed the order. Two days later I receive a visit from our local police. I had been accused of purchasing a product from Kohl’s to be shipped to my house and used someone else’s Kohl’s card. I told him I didn’t place an order with Kohl’s. The officer said he would close the complaint and Kohl’s was able to stop the shipment. Expsaving sent me a message stating my package had been shipped and gave me a tracking number. Several days later when I checked the tracking number, my package had been returned to the sender. Upon contacting UPS, the package was from Kohl’s although I didnt order from Kohl’s. I’ve tried calling EXPsaving and all I get is the google customer is not available, please leave a message. My messages have went unanswered as well as my emails to them. I do believe this is a bogus website as they took my money but ordered the product shown on the website from another source using someone else’s stolen credit card. I have filed a police report.

Yes it is. Based on the user review published on PropertyFraud.com, it is strongly advised to avoid EXPCHEAP in any dealing and transaction.
Not really. In spite of the review published here, there has been no response from EXPCHEAP. Lack of accountability is a major factor in determining trust.
Because unlike PropertyFraud.com, other websites get paid to remove negative reviews and replace them with fake positive ones.
EXPCHEAP is rated 1 out of 5 based on the reviews submitted by our users and is marked as POOR.
Never trust websites which offer a shady ‘advocacy package’ to businesses. Search for relevant reviews on Ripoff Report and Pissed Consumer to see more unbiased reviews.
