I ordered a Dogtra dog collar in May 2016. I received a shipping/tracking email confirmation . The tracking didn’t show as valid. I called their customer service when I hadn’t received the package after about a week. I was told that it would be right out. I waited another week or so and hadn’t received the collar. I called and emailed several more times. Mid June I received a label in a bag from USPS saying received without contents. The return address was from Cincinnati,Oh.Late June I made contact via phone and customer service said they would ship another out. Early July I made contact and demanded a refund and I was told it would take 3-5 business days. As of Jul 15,2016 I haven’t received any refund.
