On July 5th, 2016 I ordered three dresses online from "fashionme.com" (now "fashionmia.com") and paid $63.97. Two items arrived and the third one was on "back-order". The dresses that arrived were of very poor quality and not as advertised, so I shipped back the two dresses and cancelled the back-order. The return policy was within the 28 day window of the original delivery date. I contacted customer service immediately, but there seemed to be a language barrier in trying to return the items and getting my money back. After dozens of emails (which I have archived), I tried getting the correct shipping address (listed as 14243 Don Julian Rd. City of Industry, CA 91746) and telephone number (858-252-9387) both were bogus. I was told I would get a full refund for the dresses. I also asked for money back for shipping and handling, as according to their return policy. They said they would credit my account, but I have never received it. In the last two months, the emails I sent to them have been bouncing back.
