FashionMia / FashionMe

On July 5th, 2016 I ordered three dresses online from "fashionme.com" (now "fashionmia.com") and paid $63.97. Two items arrived and the third one was on "back-order". The dresses that arrived were of very poor quality and not as advertised, so I shipped back the two dresses and cancelled the back-order. The return policy was within the 28 day window of the original delivery date. I contacted customer service immediately, but there seemed to be a language barrier in trying to return the items and getting my money back. After dozens of emails (which I have archived), I tried getting the correct shipping address (listed as 14243 Don Julian Rd. City of Industry, CA 91746) and telephone number (858-252-9387) both were bogus. I was told I would get a full refund for the dresses. I also asked for money back for shipping and handling, as according to their return policy. They said they would credit my account, but I have never received it. In the last two months, the emails I sent to them have been bouncing back.

Yes it is. Based on the user review published on PropertyFraud.com, it is strongly advised to avoid FashionMia / FashionMe in any dealing and transaction.
Not really. In spite of the review published here, there has been no response from FashionMia / FashionMe. Lack of accountability is a major factor in determining trust.
Because unlike PropertyFraud.com, other websites get paid to remove negative reviews and replace them with fake positive ones.
FashionMia / FashionMe is rated 1 out of 5 based on the reviews submitted by our users and is marked as POOR.
Never trust websites which offer a shady ‘advocacy package’ to businesses. Search for relevant reviews on Ripoff Report and Pissed Consumer to see more unbiased reviews.
