I saw their advertisement on Instagram of a pet nail grinder. I purchased for my dog, and the product stopped working after 2 uses. I contacted them and asked for either a replacement or a refund. They replied saying to send it back- and that I would need to pay for the shipping myself. Bad customer service, but ok. I go on their site to try and warn other consumers about it in the reviews section, but my review doesn’t get posted. I tried twice, and nothing. All the reviews on their site are 5 stars. I was starting to feel like I got ripped off. But I decided to send it back since I have no use for a nail grinder that doesn’t work. I have yet to receive my refund. I’ve contacted them twice and no response. $40 nail grinder and $10 shipping, down the drain. The address they gave me to send it back to was in NJ, but the website says Florida.
