I saw their advertisement on Instagram of a pet nail grinder. I purchased for my dog, and the product stopped working after 2 uses. I contacted them and asked for either a replacement or a refund. They replied saying to send it back- and that I would need to pay for the shipping myself. Bad customer service, but ok. I go on their site to try and warn other consumers about it in the reviews section, but my review doesn’t get posted. I tried twice, and nothing. All the reviews on their site are 5 stars. I was starting to feel like I got ripped off. But I decided to send it back since I have no use for a nail grinder that doesn’t work. I have yet to receive my refund. I’ve contacted them twice and no response. $40 nail grinder and $10 shipping, down the drain. The address they gave me to send it back to was in NJ, but the website says Florida.

Yes it is. Based on the user review published on PropertyFraud.com, it is strongly advised to avoid Happytailspet in any dealing and transaction.
Not really. In spite of the review published here, there has been no response from Happytailspet. Lack of accountability is a major factor in determining trust.
Because unlike PropertyFraud.com, other websites get paid to remove negative reviews and replace them with fake positive ones.
Happytailspet is rated 1 out of 5 based on the reviews submitted by our users and is marked as POOR.
Never trust websites which offer a shady ‘advocacy package’ to businesses. Search for relevant reviews on Ripoff Report and Pissed Consumer to see more unbiased reviews.
