Female caller asked "Is this [called me by my first name]? When I answered ‘yes’ she immediately hung up on me. I called back to find out who was calling and heard recorded voice saying "Thank you for calling Hilton Grand Vacations promotional department response line" sending me to their directory. This happened today on 10/20/17. Reporting it immediately.
