Image Lock

My elderly parents have been scammed out of quite a bit of money from this company. They thought that they were getting virus protection for their computer. My parents have not had a computer since September 2017, but the charge of $500 was taken out in February 2018. When I called the number that my mother had written down, it was very obvious a scam-the man who answered did not answer as a business, told me that he would ‘look into it’ and get back to me, etc. I asked him for his office number, and he gave me a 1-800 number. When I called the 1-800 number another man answered (again without a business name) and thought that I was someone calling him back-after talking with him and pretending to be the one he was calling back, he told me that this was a business called tradeshow travel co, and that he needed an email address to send the confirmation of the travel I had bought from him. When I asked him where he was he gave me a bogus address in Pompano Beach Florida.

Yes it is. Based on the user review published on PropertyFraud.com, it is strongly advised to avoid Image Lock in any dealing and transaction.
Not really. In spite of the review published here, there has been no response from Image Lock. Lack of accountability is a major factor in determining trust.
Because unlike PropertyFraud.com, other websites get paid to remove negative reviews and replace them with fake positive ones.
Image Lock is rated 1 out of 5 based on the reviews submitted by our users and is marked as POOR.
Never trust websites which offer a shady ‘advocacy package’ to businesses. Search for relevant reviews on Ripoff Report and Pissed Consumer to see more unbiased reviews.
