imposter internal revenue service

I received a voicemail saying that the IRS has been trying to contact me for the last 6month and since I didn’t respond, they were going to file a lawsuit for intentional fraud for $4900. When I called the number back, they said the same thing and I asked if they where sure that they had the correct person and they had the correct last name but said it was for my dad. I told them my dad wasn’t home and they hung up on me. my parents suggested reporting to ScamPulse.com because the IRS would send an official letter.
