They have an actual store on 965 Broadway, New York NY 10010. I placed my order on October 30th, 2018. They will ask you to pay full payment up front and will email you the receipt and tell you it’s "customized in Italy" so it will arrive 4 months (Feb 2019) after your order. Then once Feb arrived, you asked where your furniture is, they tell you the order got delayed due to [insert any excuses]. Then when May arrived, which was when they told me when the furniture will arrive) the store is closed down. I have no way of contacting them and getting my money back.
