James Millan

We have been advertising our rental property in Clarksville, TN for $1200 on craigslist and were made aware of another ad about our house for $800. We emailed to the person asking for information and he answered with a fake story. His name is James Millan, he is trying to get people to pay $600 deposit (and/or a month of rent) in return for keys to our house. This person even calls people from the number 408-357-4045 pushing them to put in for an application and pay the deposit to secure the house.

Yes it is. Based on the user review published on PropertyFraud.com, it is strongly advised to avoid James Millan in any dealing and transaction.
Not really. In spite of the review published here, there has been no response from James Millan. Lack of accountability is a major factor in determining trust.
Because unlike PropertyFraud.com, other websites get paid to remove negative reviews and replace them with fake positive ones.
James Millan is rated 1 out of 5 based on the reviews submitted by our users and is marked as POOR.
Never trust websites which offer a shady ‘advocacy package’ to businesses. Search for relevant reviews on Ripoff Report and Pissed Consumer to see more unbiased reviews.
