Jersey Clutch

Seller offers a professional looking website of authentic sports gear. Once an order is made through the website, the seller places an order for counterfeit gear from China and that other entity ships the order to the buyer. The seller acts as a middle man who is strictly drop shipping the product to the buyer. They also offer no return policy. Their site reads "Our policy does don’t accept returns or refunds. Unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange." It also reads, "Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. IF ANY PACKAGES NEVER ARRIVE WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE AND DO NOT REFUND YOUR ORDER. SHIPPING LABELS ARE COPY PASTED FROM YOUR INPUT SO IF YOU INPUT YOUR LOCATION CORRECTLY THIS WILL NOT BE AN ISSUE". How does a company not offer a return policy and also states if the package doesn’t ever show up that the buyer is basically screwed.

Yes it is. Based on the user review published on PropertyFraud.com, it is strongly advised to avoid Jersey Clutch in any dealing and transaction.
Not really. In spite of the review published here, there has been no response from Jersey Clutch. Lack of accountability is a major factor in determining trust.
Because unlike PropertyFraud.com, other websites get paid to remove negative reviews and replace them with fake positive ones.
Jersey Clutch is rated 1 out of 5 based on the reviews submitted by our users and is marked as POOR.
Never trust websites which offer a shady ‘advocacy package’ to businesses. Search for relevant reviews on Ripoff Report and Pissed Consumer to see more unbiased reviews.
