I placed an order for a Jersey on the website on the 28th of December. They wanted $20 for shipping,even though at the top of the page it said free shipping and easy returns. I figured since it was a high demand item, that the shipping was the price to get the item as cheaply as I did. They sent me a confirmation email, but it went straight to spam. The confirmation email stated 5-7 business days for shipping. It is now the 17th of January, with no sign of my jersey. I have sent them 3 emails to their "customer service" department. They do not have a phone number, and only an email to send inquiries. I have no had a single response, and my order on their website still says processing.
