Keyshaun Washington

I was on the app Offer Up where people sell anything they want, I saw he was selling iPhoneX’s and iPhone 7 I was currently looking for a new phone, so I messaged him. He contacted back, I told him if he was being real and honest that he would sent me the phone once I paid him. he kept saying yes and that he would sent me a picture of the tracking number after I sent the money, i kept asking if he would sent it and he kept reassuring me that he would and that we was no liar and was an honest person. I told him I would take his word for it. He told me to do a Walmart to Walmart and I did, I sent him 500 dollars and sent him the tracking number, I sent him my address and later he said he went to the post office and couldn’t get it sent out because it wasn’t giving him a receipt he said he’d send Friday instead. I waited and waited not receiving anything until I got inpatient and I went to their website and try contact him another way because he wasn’t answering my texts anymore. The man said it wasn’t sent out yet because I hadn’t paid for shipping so did I gave them my debit card and they said it didn’t work to try something else, we tired three different one is a spam of a week, one night i check my bank account to check my transactions and i find that my card was charged with 50 and other 13 dollars, I went to the bank and they said it was fraud and I canceled all my cards right away, I tried to contact them again to see if I could at least have my money back since I received no phone but I never got an answer so I never got my phone or my money back. This person lives in Louisiana New Orleans says he has a store and his website is samsaudio.bigcartel.com, beware who knows what else he might steal.
