Kim’s Florist

I searched for a nearby city’s florist to order flowers for a funeral. It came up under the search, wasn’t at the top, but appeared to be in the city I looked under, I was in a hurry and did not notice a physical address wasn’t readily noted, although in further investigation a California address is listed. Ordered online (very nice online site, looked legit) and it stated that all orders placed by 3pm would be delivered same day. Went to visitation a couple days later and no flowers. No one answers the phone, left message and no one ever called back.

Not really. In spite of the review published here, there has been no response from Kim’s Florist. Lack of accountability is a major factor in determining trust.
