Fraudlent use of debit card payment

 

My Complaint: Virgin moble took a phone payment from my bank card account but claim they have not received payment. They cut off my service for “non-payment” their excuse is card was declined (by card monitering service) after bank verified charge was legitimate money was taken out of bank account by virgin moble. Money was not applied to phone account & virgin moble denies receiving money. Bank statement is proof that virgin moble did take money out of my bank account.

 

My Demand: Restore phone service or return money to bank account

Yes it is. Based on the user review published on PropertyFraud.com, it is strongly advised to avoid Virgin Mobile USA in any dealing and transaction.
Not really. In spite of the review published here, there has been no response from Virgin Mobile USA. Lack of accountability is a major factor in determining trust.
Because unlike PropertyFraud.com, other websites get paid to remove negative reviews and replace them with fake positive ones.

Never trust websites which offer a shady ‘advocacy package’ to businesses. Search for relevant reviews on Ripoff Report and Pissed Consumer to see more unbiased reviews.
