Fraudlent use of debit card payment
My Complaint: Virgin moble took a phone payment from my bank card account but claim they have not received payment. They cut off my service for “non-payment” their excuse is card was declined (by card monitering service) after bank verified charge was legitimate money was taken out of bank account by virgin moble. Money was not applied to phone account & virgin moble denies receiving money. Bank statement is proof that virgin moble did take money out of my bank account.
My Demand: Restore phone service or return money to bank account
